About an year ago I stumbled upon Nykaa.com when I was searching for some products.The site has some very good products like Kaya, Sebamed, Avene, Bioderma, Ducray, A-derma, Loreal Professional and many others. These are some of the not so easily accessible brands.So I placed my order for Bioderma Sensibio H2O and Keracnyl Face wash which I have reviewed here and here.The order was delivered in 3 days. So I have been shopping from Nykaa.com since then so here is the review.

Final Verdict:
Firstly what I like about Nykaa is they stock of premier brands. I have placed order couple of times from them.They normally dispatch within 2-3 days.They have tie-ups with Aramex,Blue dart, Ecom express logistics.Items are bubble wrapped and put in a carton box with invoice.Packaging is pretty much tamper proof.Order is delivered in 2-3 working days.I have five issues with them: 1)some times they do not pack delicate items properly,I once received leaky shower gel and carton box was wet.2)I was given max factor eye shadow which was old stock and the lid was broken.3)They dispatched wrong shade of max factor foundation.4) They do not replenish their stocks quickly.All these happened couple months back.Lately they seemed to have picked up their game and working on all these issues.I had no issues with my recent 4 orders.But still not the most consist performance.When I started to shop with them initially and now they are good.Somehow in between,there were some issues.Overall good site!
