Today I will be reviewing Acnemoist moisturizer from Curatio. This product was also introduced to me by my doctor many years ago, again when I was facing dryness due to chemical peeling. She was a awesome doctor who re-located but definitely helped me a lot. Anyway back to the Acnemoist, it is moisturizer specially meant oily-acne prone skin. Does it leave up to Curatio Claims like their other products? Read along to find out more about it.

1)It is a good moisturiser for normal and dry skin types,specially in the winters.
2)It can work for oily and acne prone skin,if one is on Isotretinoin/Retinoids etc.
3)It has sunscreen.
4)It absorbs by the skin quickly.
5)It is paraben-free.
6)It contains Triclosan in small composition which is anti-bacterial agent.
7)Affordable.
8)Easy availability.
Con’s:
1)Cream base moisturiser.
2)It claims to be oil-free but makes face oily/greasy after application.Its worst in summers.
3)It is highly comedogenic.It broke out.So definitely no suitable for oily and acne prone skin.
4)It has sunscreen but SPF is not mentioned.I am guessing not more an SPF 10-15.
5)It contains SLS.
Directions for use:
Take a little quantity of moisturiser and apply on cleansed face.

Final Verdict:
I had great hopes for Acne moist since it was meant for oily and acne prone skin.But sadly it broke me out.It does moisturise well but at the same makes face greasy.I tried for different occasions but it broke me out every time.Dry skin folks might really like moisturiser.Since I did not want to waste,I ended up using it has hand cream.On other end,if one is on acne treatments like Isotretinoin/Sotret ,Retinoids etc,it will really help them plus it is a budget option.
