If you want to see your hair look fuller, thick and more vibrant, it is so easy. All you are required to do is learn the right natural methods to do so. 1)You are what you eat :
What you eat actually makes so much differences on how healthy your hair is. If you eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and fish, you will see a big difference in the quality of your hair. Eating fresh vegetables provides your body with all the vitamins it requires to improve your hair naturally.
2)Make sure you are getting enough Iron and Zinc:
Iron and zinc together with vitamins are important in creating amazing, healthy hair. Iron helps in delivering oxygen to your cells, from the blood in your toes all the way up to your hair follicles. Beans, lentils, soy products and lean animal meats are all great ways to get iron. In addition, Zinc assists in the repair of your hair tissues, making sure that the oil glands around your follicles are working in the proper way. One can get a lot of zinc if he/she eats low -fat roast beef, roasted pumpkins and squash seeds, toasted wheat germ, cocoa powder and dark chocolate.
3)Use essential oils:
If you want to make your hair to be healthier, essential oils can really help. All you are required to do is rub natural oils into your hair.It helps to stimulate hair growth and improves hair health in many ways. Essential oils like jojoba, rosemary, cedar wood and thyme helps in clearing dirt and impurities, deliver nutrients and vitamins directly to the hair and scalp and unblock the hair follicles. All you need to do is mix a few drops of all the listed essential oils or even a combination of them all, then apply them directly to your scalp and massage it for 3-5 minutes every week. 4)Avoid styling your hair excessively:
Maybe while you style your hair, your folk tell you how great it looks on you, but it is certainly not the best thing to do to your hair regularly. Certain cleansers and chemical applications may cause thinning to your hair or may even cause hair loss if not used. Well Styling your hair using certain methods only worsens your hair loss. So it is good to style your hair in isolation. Note that, repeated styling can exacerbate damage to hair.
5)Massage scalp after every wash:
One of the ways to make your hair be healthier is by massaging your scalp every time after you wash it. When you gently massage your scalp for about one minute, it helps in opening up your blood vessels and increases the blood circulation, which delivers oxygen and essential nutrients to the hair follicles to enable healthy hair growth.
